The problem really was that he didn’t trust them enough to tell them what he was doing. “Becoming God” was not exactly the best option as it clearly didn’t work the way he wanted it to. I do agree, though, that Sam and Dean shouldn’t have been as harsh as they were with him as he was still like family regardless of what he did wrong. Basically I just wish they’d all TALKED TO EACH OTHER in season 6 because then Cas might still be around and I wouldn’t want to cry every time I think about how alone Sam and Dean are now that Bobby’s gone too. ;______;
