It makes me upset when people diss Emma Watson as Hermione because she’s an obvious pretty. Emma is amazing, and the casting people wouldn’t know that she was going to become so beautiful in the beginning

Seriously though, I don’t get the Hufflepuff hate either, but then again I don’t think ANY house should get hate; they’re all pieces of the same puzzle despite how different one might be from the other. Without all four houses, there would be no Hogwarts.

Yeah, I’m sorry but I don’t understand how you can think that; they are so dysfunctional it’s ridiculous.
I really hope they remake the movies. Not because I think the movies already made suck, because I don’t. I love them. I just think that how techonlogically advanced we are, and how technologically advanced we will be in say, 5 years, will make the movies as magical as the books.

It scares me, how much of my life is built around Harry Potter. I don’t honestly know who I would be if I had never read these books. Without them, I wouldn’t exist. It’s not that I would never have been born; or that I would be dead. It’s just that I wouldn’t be the same person; no where close.

People should really stop it with the eyes of DanRad being green instead of blue. Majority of the fandom already knows that he was allergic to the contact lenses they provided him. While I find those who complain why they couldn’t have just edited it in post-production silly. I’m no film maker nor adept in any video/photo manipulation but I do know that editing every frame in the movie with Harry— who is practically in every shot— is an arduous task. Then, you know, there’s also the special effects they have to take care of. So unless you’re a god in editing, I suggest it’s time to stop complaining about it.

Didn’t they try to edit his eye color in post during SS/PS? I vaguely remember reading that somewhere…(and from what I remember reading, they didn’t do a very good job lol)
tbh though, I think most people accepted a long time ago that movie!Harry’s eyes are blue. He ends up having the same eyes as his movie!mother and that’s all that matters in the end.
The day I was sorted into Gryffindor on Pottermore I floated on a cloud the entire day. I don’t understand why people hate on that house. To me it has the best morals because if you have chivalry you will be friendly like a Hufflepuff, if you have daring you will go for your goals like a Slytherin, and if you are brave you are generally smart like a Ravenclaw because you realize its go hard or go home. Gryffindors live for something!

BECAUSE KLOVES HATES RON AND SHIPS HARRY/HERMIONE. Look at the end of HBP when Hermione says that they’re in this together, that they had a time to turn back and it was a long time ago AND RON JUST SITS THERE IN THE BACKGROUND AND DOES AND SAYS NOTHING. In the book, he’s actually IN the conversation and HE is the one that tells Harry that they’re with him until the end. I love Hermione to pieces but I absolutely HATE that she was always given Ron’s lines in the films.
